- Pond: Fishing is allowed anytime during your stay
- Metal Detection allowed: the property used to be a camp ground in the early 1900s and also part of the town center with a store and arrowheads have been found at times
- Hiking Trails– 1.5 miles of rugged wooded terrain to explore
- Parking area has plenty of room for a boat or trailer

2 weeks prior: 50%
1 week prior: no refund
Fires: no fires are allowed on premises outside of the supplied containers.
Hunting: is only allowed by coordinating with the owners.
Pets: Pets are allowed in the cabin, but please clean up after their outdoor messes. Limit 2 small/medium dogs. An additional charge of $25/night applies.
ATVs and Motorbikes: No motorized vehicles are to be utilized on premises.
